Nozzle wear is mainly manifested by an increase in nozzle flow and abnormal spray shape. If the flat fan nozzle with an elliptical nozzle is worn, the spray shape will narrow. The increase of nozzle flow rate is usually accompanied by the decrease of system pressure, especially in the system with positive displacement pump. Generally, the service life of materials with higher surface hardness is longer. We also provide corrosion-resistant materials with excellent performance. Of course, the actual corrosion resistance depends on the type of spray solution.
