Industrial Engineering Solutions for OEMs and Equipment Manufacturers
KFX (Kangfuxiang) provides industrial component manufacturing and application-focused solutions for equipment manufacturers, engineering contractors, and industrial procurement teams. Our capabilities cover industrial spray nozzles, precision-machined mechanical parts, power transmission components, plastic injection-molded products, and custom components manufactured from customer drawings or samples.
From fluid distribution and industrial cleaning to corrosion-resistant equipment components and precision motion transmission, successful component selection starts with the operating conditions. Material compatibility, dimensional requirements, pressure, mechanical loads, installation space, and maintenance access all affect the final design.
KFX works with customers to review technical requirements, assess manufacturing feasibility, and develop component solutions for specific equipment applications.

Industrial Solutions by Application
1. Cleanroom & Dust-Free Environments
Components for cleanroom retrofits, laboratory equipment, and controlled industrial environments.
Cleanroom renovation and laboratory equipment projects often require mechanical components that fit existing installations without extensive redesign. Mounting brackets, protective parts, pneumatic fittings, polymer components, and custom fasteners must match the equipment dimensions and operating conditions.
KFX supports cleanroom-related projects with selected purification products, pneumatic components, polyurethane products, and custom-manufactured parts.
Application challenges we address
Replacing obsolete or non-standard equipment components.
Matching custom parts to existing equipment interfaces.
Selecting polymer components for specified cleaning chemicals and operating temperatures.
Sourcing pneumatic fittings and air-distribution components.
Reducing installation modifications through drawing-based manufacturing.
Available component categories
Polyurethane components and custom polymer parts.
Pneumatic joints and air-distribution fittings.
Custom CNC-machined brackets, mounts, and fasteners.
Plastic injection-molded components.
Drawing-based OEM mechanical parts.
Engineering considerations
Before specifying a component, identify the required material, dimensions, tolerances, surface condition, cleaning procedure, and installation environment. Where a cleanroom classification or regulated manufacturing requirement applies, verify the complete component and assembly against the relevant acceptance criteria.
A material described as suitable for cleanroom equipment is not automatically certified for every cleanroom class or regulated process.

2. Chemical & Corrosive Environments
Material and component solutions for chemical processing, high-salt exposure, and industrial fluid systems.
Chemical equipment can expose components to acids, alkalis, chloride-bearing water, elevated temperatures, and repeated cleaning cycles. Incompatible materials may suffer pitting, swelling, cracking, loss of strength, or premature replacement.
KFX offers industrial spray nozzle products, plastic nozzle configurations, and custom mechanical manufacturing services for projects requiring a review of chemical compatibility and mechanical performance.
Application challenges we address
Premature corrosion of metallic components.
Chemical incompatibility between process fluids and nozzle materials.
Frequent replacement of spray-system components.
Custom drive shafts and mechanical parts for demanding environments.
Matching nozzle geometry to the required flow and spray distribution.
Available component categories
Plastic full cone and flat fan spray nozzles.
Selected reinforced-polymer nozzle configurations.
Stainless steel spray nozzles.
Custom drive shafts and machined mechanical components.
Drawing-based OEM components for chemical equipment.
Engineering considerations
Material selection must account for the exact chemical composition, concentration, temperature, exposure duration, mechanical load, and cleaning procedure. Stainless steel grade selection should consider localized corrosion, especially in chloride-bearing service. Polymer selection requires confirmation of temperature, pressure, creep, and chemical compatibility.
For spray systems, also specify flow rate, inlet pressure, spray angle, connection standard, and filtration requirements.
No material should be approved solely because it is described as corrosion-resistant. The selected grade and component configuration must meet the actual process conditions.

3. Industrial Automation & Power Transmission
Custom gears, shafts, pulleys, couplings, and precision mechanical components for OEM equipment.
Industrial automation equipment depends on accurate mechanical interfaces and reliable torque transmission. Incorrect gear geometry, shaft alignment, pulley profiles, spline dimensions, or coupling interfaces can increase vibration, wear, assembly time, and maintenance costs.
KFX supports custom mechanical manufacturing projects involving gears, shafts, pulleys, splines, couplings, and other non-standard components.
Application challenges we address
Replacing obsolete or discontinued transmission components.
Manufacturing non-standard parts from customer drawings.
Matching shaft interfaces, keyways, splines, and bearing seats.
Controlling critical dimensions and assembly fits.
Evaluating prototype and repeat-production manufacturing routes.
Available component categories
Custom precision gears and worm gears.
Belt pulleys and timing pulleys.
Drive shafts and splined shafts.
Mechanical couplings and disc couplings.
CNC-machined metal and engineering-plastic components.
Engineering considerations
A complete component specification should identify the transmitted torque, rotational speed, duty cycle, material, critical dimensions, fit requirements, surface finish, and applicable inspection criteria.
For gears, specify the tooth geometry and mating-assembly
