On the left is a copper turning part that is custom-made according to the customer's requirements. It is used as a gas nozzle with external threads (fixed to the fume hole) and internal holes for the jet.

Among various types of automatic lathe bar, copper is one of the most favorable for turning machining. The wear of the cutter is smaller and the number of adjustments is less. Therefore, it is more advantageous in terms of price.
It is worth noting that the copper materials used in our company are produced by big manufacturers and never use recycled materials. Our raw materials must comply with ROHS standards.
