Linear guides are precision parts and require considerable care when in use. Even if a high-performance linear guide is used, if it is used improperly, the expected performance will not be achieved, and the linear guide will be easily damaged. Therefore, the following matters should be noted when using linear guides:

Prevent corrosion
When taking the linear guide directly by hand, wash off the sweat on your hands and apply high quality mineral oil before handling. Pay special attention to rust prevention during the rainy season and summer.

Keep the environment clean
Keep the linear guides and their surroundings clean. Even tiny dust that is invisible to the naked eye enters the rail, which increases the wear, vibration and noise of the rail.

Installation should be careful
Linear guides should be carefully used when installing. Strong stamping is not allowed. It is not allowed to hit the rail directly with a hammer. It is not allowed to transmit pressure through the rolling elements.

The installation tool should be suitable
Linear guides use special tools with appropriate and accurate installation tools, and try to avoid the use of cloth and short fibers.
