Classification of spiral nozzles
The spiral nozzles produced by CSAN Tianjin San'an Technology Co., Ltd. mainly include hollow, solid cone spiral nozzles and flange silicon carbide spiral nozzles.
Hollow, solid cone type spiral nozzle, NPT and BSPT thread type, the production materials are 316 stainless steel, PTFE, PP and POM, and other materials can be used in special fields.
Design and application of spiral nozzle
There is no other "filler" inside the spiral nozzle, and the spray body is formed by a small droplet ejection through the tangent and collision with the continuously spirally helicoid. If the spiral part is straight, then the spray is hollow cone. If there is a corner in the middle, the spray will be solid cone.
At the same time, because the spiral nozzles have no internal structure, the nozzles will not be blocked. Every spiral surface of the nozzles will produce a hollow or solid cone spray effect, which ensures that the spray effect is several times that of other common nozzles.
The streamline design from the inlet to the outlet of the nozzle cavity reduces the resistance coefficient to the minimum, so the spiral nozzle is suitable for various posts. For example, the waste desulfurization, dust removal and other cooling of flange silicon carbide spiral nozzle mentioned above, as well as the bleaching and leaching process with spiral structure design, are suitable for application in many industrial fields such as chemical industry, environmental protection, electric power, textile and so on.
The accessories of spiral nozzle include split hole connector and adjustable ball joint. The split hole connector can replace the thread welding base and has a leak proof gasket; the adjustable spherical joint can adjust and control the spray direction of the spiral nozzle, so that the nozzle has higher performance.
