KFX UPE nozzle provides longer lifetime, because we precisely machine it from ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene rod.
UPE has high abrasion wear resistance, it’s suitable for liquid with solid particles.
Huajue UPE nozzle has twice to four times the lifetime of no brand nozzle. You don’t need to stop the machine frequently for changing nozzle. Huajue nozzle can lower your maintenance cost.
Although precise UPE product is very difficult to manufacture, Huajue UPE nozzle still guarantees flow volume and spray angle tolerance within +/5% and +/ 5 degree. And the spray pattern is just as good as our other nozzle series so you don’t have to compromise nozzle performance with nozzle lifetime.
