Design Features

Venturi nozzle At-shaped solid cone nozzle can be used in various fields such as exhaust gas desulfurization, dust removal and gas cooling. The pipe size can be as large as 4 inches. 　These large flow nozzles can effectively achieve the maximum flow of liquid on a given size pipe, and the unobstructed channel design can prevent clogging. At a pressure of 0.07Mpa, the flow rate is 333 to 2612 liters/min. The pipe sizes of these solid cone spray nozzles are 2 inches, 3 inches, and 4 inches, and the jet angle is 60-120°. 　These nozzles have precise influence on the blade angle, which can make the spray droplets evenly distributed and obtain excellent coverage. The nozzle can also be customized according to the customer's installation needs. There are several wear-resistant materials (silicon carbide, silicon nitride, toughened ceramics, polyurethane rubber, etc.) as options.
