2. Support stamping process scheme
In the process of die design, it is the key to determine the stamping process reasonably. It affects many aspects such as product quality, production efficiency and complexity of mold structure. According to the structure, size, tolerance and technical requirements of the support parts, there are several stamping process plans:
Scheme 1: Using a single process die stamping forming, ① blanking ② bending ③ flanging ④ expansion ⑤ punching ⑥ grooving ⑦ deburring;
Scheme two: Using progressive die stamping forming, ① punching, bending, flanging, expanding, blanking ② deburring;
Scheme three: The use of composite die stamping forming, ① punching, blanking ② bending, flanging, expansion ③ deburring.
By comparison, the production efficiency of the first scheme is too low, does not give full play to the characteristics of high efficiency of stamping processing, and is not suitable for mass production of parts; The mold structure of the second scheme is complex, and it is difficult to achieve only by the mold and ordinary equipment, and the production cost is relatively high; The third scheme is simple in mold structure, easy to manufacture, and can also better ensure the quality and accuracy of the workpiece.
