1. How to get a quote?

Detailed drawings (PDF/STEP/IGS/DWG...) with material, quantity and surface treatment information.

2. Can I get a quote without drawings?

Of course, we are happy to receive your samples, pictures or drafts with detailed dimensions for accurate quotation.

3. Will my drawings be leaked if you benefit?

No, we take great care to protect the privacy of our clients' drawings and also accept a signed NDA if required.

4. Can samples be provided before mass production?

Of course, the sample fee is required and will be refunded in mass production if possible.

5. What is the delivery time?

Generally 1-2 weeks for samples, 3-4 weeks for mass production.

6. How do you control the quality?

(1) Material inspection - check the material surface and rough dimensions.

(2) Production prior - to ensure critical dimensions during mass production.

(3) Sampling inspection - check the quality before sending to the warehouse.

(4) Pre-shipment inspection -- 100% inspection by QC assistant before shipment.
