The edges are chamfered to remove sharp corners, reducing damage to bearings, housings, and other components during installation. All are turned, ground, and polished to tight diameter and straightness tolerances.

To Order: Please specify the length of the shaft (in 0.005" or 0.1 mm increments). For the step-down end of the shaft, please specify step length (in 0.005" or 0.1 mm increments) and step diameter (in 0.001" or 0.01 mm increments). For the tapped end of the shaft, please specify thread size.
