Clip retaining rings into the grooves to separate and position gears, sprockets, and bearings. The edges are chamfered to remove sharp corners, reducing damage to bearings, housings, and other components during installation. All are turned, ground, and polished to tight diameter and straightness tolerances.

A flat surface area allows set screws to dig into the shaft for securely mounting gears, sprockets, and bearings.

To Order: Please specify the length of the shaft (in 0.005" or 0.1 mm increments). For the end with retaining ring grooves, please specify end-to-groove length and groove-to-groove length (in 0.001" or 0.1 mm increments). For the D-profile end of the shaft, please specify D-profile length (in 0.005" or 0.1 mm increments).

A:Our machine is film wrapped, to make sure the machine can be delivered to our customer smoothly, we will use the steel wire to fix the machine with the container.,

5. Q: May i know which payment will be accepted by your company?

A:So far 100%T/T before shipment, and 30% deposit paid by T/T, balance paid by L/C are available.
